Richard Armishaw is the joint owner and Clinical Director of Synergy Dental Clinic. He graduated from Birmingham University and has been practicing general dental care in Biddulph for over 25 years dental experience. Over the years Richard has enjoyed building strong and lasting relationships with his patients and is currently seeing many patients who are the 3rd generation of these same families.

Richard has a special interest in dental implants and orthodontics and is an accredited Fastbraces® provider. He is a fitness enthusiast, enjoying many outdoor activities including cycling, hockey and yoga.

Lesley is the joint owner and business director at Synergy Dental Clinic. She is passionate about customer service and heads our Client Care Team. As a recovered 'Dental Phobe' herself, Lesley enjoys supporting our more nervous patients through their treatment journey. In her spare time Lesley enjoys cooking and baking; and her ginger cake is a firm favourite with the team.

She lives in Packmoor with her husband and two young sons.
